- 1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)

- 2 slices lemon (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Heat water to just below boiling (around 80°C/175°F).
- Place green tea leaves or tea bag in a cup or teapot.
- Pour hot water over the tea and steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove tea leaves or bag to avoid bitterness.
- Stir in honey, ginger, or lemon if using.
- For iced tea, let it cool, then pour over ice and add fresh lemon or mint.
Notes
Use high quality green tea like matcha or sencha for more antioxidants. Enjoy 1–3 cups daily for steady support. Always check with a care provider if pregnant.
