Description

A flavorful and soothing green tea herbal blend that combines the benefits of green tea with calming, digestive herbs like mint, ginger, and lemon peel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons organic loose leaf green tea
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • ½ teaspoon dried ginger


Instructions

  1. Heat filtered water to 175–185°F (just below boiling).
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of your tea blend per 8 oz of water to an infuser or teapot.
  3. Pour the hot water over the blend, allowing the leaves to fully expand.
  4. Steep for 2–3 minutes for a mild flavor or up to 4 minutes for a stronger brew.
  5. Strain and enjoy hot, or brew double strength and pour over ice for a refreshing iced tea.

Notes

Store your homemade blend in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place. Avoid boiling water or oversteeping to prevent bitterness and preserve antioxidants.
