Description
This gluten free detox drink is light, refreshing, and made with simple ingredients to help support hydration and digestion without any added sugars or gluten.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cold water or coconut water
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 4 to 5 cucumber slices
- A few mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- A pinch of turmeric (optional)
Instructions
- Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, mint, and grated ginger to a large glass or jar.
- Pour in the cold water or coconut water over the ingredients.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
- Stir gently and enjoy slowly.
- Store in the fridge for stronger flavor or refill once or twice with more water before replacing ingredients.
Notes
To vary the flavor, try using green tea or sparkling mineral water as the base. Avoid flavored waters or drink powders unless clearly labeled gluten free.
