- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1–2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

- Black pepper, to taste
- 1–2 tbsp milk or light cream (optional, for smoother texture)
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, chives, and dill.
- Add salt, black pepper, and lemon zest (if using).
- If needed, stir in milk or cream to adjust the consistency.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate for up to one week.
- Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for best spreadability.
Notes
You can use dried herbs if fresh aren’t available—start with 1 tsp each and adjust to taste. Great as a spread, dip, or mix-in for warm dishes like pasta or mashed potatoes.
