Ingredients
- Beef (sirloin or tenderloin)
- Baby or Yukon gold potatoes
- Butter
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley or thyme
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little oil.
- Add beef pieces in a single layer and sear until browned.
- Flip and cook briefly, then remove and set aside.
- Add potatoes to the same skillet and cook until golden and tender.
- Reduce heat and add butter and garlic.
- Stir until butter melts and becomes fragrant.
- Return beef to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, garnish with herbs, and serve.
Notes
