Description

These Cookies N Cream Dream cookies are the ultimate family-friendly treat! Loaded with Oreo cookies, milk chocolate, and white chocolate chips, these cookies are soft, chewy, and oh-so-delicious. Easy to make, and fun for everyone!

  • For the Cookies:
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 6 Oreo cookies)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Optional: Extra Oreo pieces or white chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Optionally, top each dough ball with extra Oreo pieces or white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra chewy cookies, don’t overbake them. If you’d like to make the cookies ahead of time, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking to prevent spreading. These cookies freeze well, so feel free to make a double batch and store them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
