Ingredients

  • Green cabbage
  • Smoked beef sausage
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a skillet and sear sausage until golden and slightly crispy.
  3. Cut cabbage into thick wedges.
  4. Boil or steam cabbage until tender but still firm.
  5. Melt butter in the skillet and add garlic and spices.
  6. Add cabbage and sausage to the skillet.
  7. Toss everything until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
