Instructions
- Mix warm water, lemon juice, and ginger. Let sit a few minutes and drink warm.
- Brew green tea, add mint leaves and lemon slice. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
- Blend kefir, berries, and honey. Chill before drinking.
- Blend cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon juice, ginger, and water. Strain if preferred.
- Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 10 minutes, then blend with cinnamon and banana.
