Instructions
- Slice beef sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut onions into thick wedges.
- Place sausage and onions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
- Remove basket and toss sausage and onions with the butter sauce.
- Return to air fryer and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results. Use smoked beef sausage for richer flavor. Add extra spice if desired.
