  • Cajun seasoning
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut onions into thick wedges.
  3. Place sausage and onions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Melt butter and mix with garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
  6. Remove basket and toss sausage and onions with the butter sauce.
  7. Return to air fryer and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
